It is good,dug to quarterbitcoin.
I downloaded the wallet from the website quarterbitcoin.net and dug up a few of quarterbitcoin blocks.
I think,ICM,Decentralization of mining rights is a fair, safe and reliable way of issuing.Of course, Solo Mining can only be carried out in the windows system during ICM.

There are two ways to do:
1) Click on wallet help - debug window - console input addnode node add, such as addnode 10.0.0.8:8733 add, enter.
or
2)Edit the  qbitcoin.conf,Join IP of your two computers ,
e.g.
addnode=10.0.0.X:8733
addnode=10.0.0.X:8732

addnode=192.168.1.X:8733
addnode=192.168.1.X:8732

Yeah no kidding ... More nonsensical bs.  I dug a quarter of a bitcoin as well.  Took me a month, but my quarter of a bitcoin is actually 25% of 1BTC.

Ok, I want you to walk back in there and very calmly, very politely tell the risk assessors to fuck off! -Mark Baum
