i have some coins on  Cryptopia, TittieCoin(TTC) but for now wallet is locked, so is it scam already ?

If you read the message on Crpyptopia you will see there is an update pending. Also, Cryptopia had some kind of attack on a number of the coins they hold that caused the wallets to be locked. The email Cryptopia sent points to the TTC wallet being opened on the 20th December so there is nothing you need to worry.

We have been here since 2014, 5 years is a long time for a dev team to still be around so you have no need to worry about scams here.

We had a conversion with one of the Cryptopia’s Dscord moderators who explained that the email sent to their TTC customers who also happen to be our community was a generic email sent out to serval different altcoin markets at once on that day. It appears that TittieCoin TIT has jumped the transition curve at the best time in the history of altcoins.

There's a group in existence right now who are targeting Proof of Work coins such as the old Proof of Work versions of TittieCon TTC and Titcoin TIT to exploit them by means of a 51% attack. A 51% is an exploit carried out in order to facilitate a double spend on a network. The attacker rents or owns the equivalent of or more than 51% of the altcoins total network hashrate. Once the attacker has obtained this advantage, the attacker is able to trick the network into thinking that the attacker's chain is the main chain and this is where the attacker can take advantage of the 51% attack power to spend currency that has already been spent, this is known as a double spend.

This brings me back to where we are in the evolutionary lifecycle of cryptocurrencies and why its important to understand that TitCoin holders are at an advantage due to the TittieCoin acquisition that now makes the TittieCoin Developers the Official developers of TitCoin. We have taken the decision to drop the old exploitable version of TItCoin using the sha256 POW algorithm in favour or TittieCoin TIT that is not susceptible to this exploit.

We have always said that it is the choice of the TItCoin holder to swap or not to swap. However, bear in mind that as the Offical Developers of TitCoin we have taken the strategic decision to merge TittieCoin and TitCoin into a superior code base and the merge for TitCoin holders is facilitated by means of a coin swap from the old vulnerable version of TitCoin to the new future ready version TittieCoin TIT 2.1.
We are very excited about the future of TittieCoin TIT and welcome all TitCoin holders with a warm welcome to work with us to take TittieCoin TIT where most people did not expect us to be or go. On the day of the 20th you will need to go to do the following:
Go to TittieCoin.com and start a chat with one of our live chat support team.

You will be able to withdraw directly from Cryptopia to a swap address that will be given to you by live chat support to make everything faster.
All users who swap will send coins directly from Cryptopia exchange to the address provided by the live chat agent.

You need to talk directly with the supporter on the tittiecoin.com home page, they will give you a wallet address. You will withdraw coins from Cryptopia to the wallet address they gave you, coins will be added to your account.

Anyone with 4 million TittieCoin - TIT can run a masternode.

We haven't had many Yobit swaps but the coins are taken off the market, the 2BTC sell order on Yobit also has us baffled since those coins could be swapped and used for staking rather than sitting there in that sell order. We have a change pending on all our partner sites that offer price info for when CREX24 opens the wallet, when that happens we immediately suspend Yobit swaps, as I mentioned before we do not get many Yobit swaps or at least not enough to affect the price. If we did noice unusual activity we would immediately stop Yobit swaps.
