Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Have you got this to work? I have a similar Mobo, ASUS P8Z68-v LX and I can only get 2 of 4 cards running - the only work when connected, by risers, to the x16 slots. I can't get Windows or CGminer to pick up the extra cards connected to the x1 slots .
