Yes, currently, the game is available online as a desktop PC/MAC version only. No installation is needed and everything works in the Chrome browser. There are minimum PC requirements: Intel i3 processor or higher, 4 GB of RAM, 200 MB of free disk space, 512 MB video card, Chrome browser version X+.
During later stages of development, more platforms will be added, with iOS and Android coming first, then editions for gaming consoles.
