What should I do?
EDIT:
I'm losing 8+ hours here. Where can I contact the owner of the rig?

The rig is suddenly offline:
MINING RIG: RADHA (SCRYPT 2.18 MH/S)
Error: Mining rig is not responding!
What should I do?
EDIT:
I'm losing 8+ hours here. Where can I contact the owner of the rig?
I sent multiple emails, you could have sent me a PM on the forum, I hadn't thought to check my trust thread for somebody trying to contact me. Please check your emails now and I have also sent a PM on this forum to you. There was a power surge while I was sleeping, let me know the downtime and I will extend your time or refund the lost time, your choice. |

hello. i just noticed you switched server from Scrypt to Scrypt-jane at some point and it cost me quite a lot of time. When did you do the switch? original, it was all Scrypt. see the notification email below when rental started:
Mining rig: Krishna (Scrypt 3.80 MH/s)
Duration: 36 hours
Amount paid: 0.10200000 BTC
please compensate me on lost time. thanks.

I have only switched how my rig is reported on LeaseRig in preparation for a switch once your lease is terminated, and I also did a test for less than 5 minutes. I then immediately added 10minutes to your lease. If you look on your pool stats you will see that the rig is still hashing away on scrypt for you. Even though LeaseRig says that my rig is Scrypt-Jane, it is hashing scrypt for you until your lease finishes. |
