Scapping,Day trading,Swing Trading and Position Trading.

I learnt these types of trading in commodity trading and it fit the personality of trader you want. But I hardly hear these terms in crypto trading. In crypto only day trading or hold is what I keep hearing. Are members here not aware of other trading types or it is not applicable to crypto.
1. Scapping is catching small moves in the market and you need 1to 5 minutes chart to analyze your trade.
2. Day trading, what most members are familiar with. You open trade in a day and close it at market closing time. 30 minutes chart to 4hours is use in trading.
3.swing trading is meant to be open for day to a week and mostly deals with daily charts.
4/ position trading is what most traders here term as holding. You can leave a trade from one month to years.
Each has it advantages and disadvantages, and each is profitable according to the traders personality

Are members here not aware of other trading types or it is not applicable to crypto.

Those who trade crypto seriously definitely knows other trading types but they rarely mention it. Almost all types of trading are applicable to crypto, but it cannot be used all the time. Most of the times, day trading and position trading are the only ones that can be regularly used in crypto(because of its volatile nature and at times it can be stable at a certain price range). The other two type is rarely used.

These are really indicating each kind of trader but mostly people do end up on position trading where i do see this is the most simple yet less risky compared into other 4 but in means of possible rewards or profits i would prefer on scalping but this would only applicable or profitable if you are really good or have the skills. Volatility would be your best friend and at the same time your worst enemy if you got it wrong then expect it would be a loss money for you.

All mentioned trading types are applicable for Crypto.
Scalping  and Swing trading can be used successfully in Crypto trading as well as there are short-term market movements.
I would mention Trend trading, Reversal trading, Breakout trading as well. And a huge opportunity for traders in Crypto is Arbitrage trading.
All mentioned strategies can be used separately or combined. So, traders have all the variety of strategies to try to interpret price movements and take advantageous trading positions.

I like swing trading a lot! So I dont care about other type of trading and dont even want to know about them as they confuses me a lot. Swing trading is quick profiter and that is wha I always want. Max to max I will do holding of those coins which are newly formed and are pacing their development in the market. Such coins can be positioned for long terms as they do show huge 10x-15x jumps in the long terms. However swing trading is hot one as this market is already very volatile and thast the fuel for it.

I think the reason you don't see most traders applying all the four trading types is becuase, in crypto, lack of indept chart analysis is hard to find on various exchanges. Almost all exchnages I have found don't give out technical indicators to make a good forecast hence traders in crypto are forced to base their hopes on sentiment and fundamental analysis.

All different kind of trading need different times, if we only possible to spend times 1 or 2 hours aday is better doing swing trading, but if we have full times 8 to 10 hours aday for trading, we can do day trading to maximum the profit. When the crypto market move stagnan just like now is better to do day trading, but if there any indication bull run will be coming its better doing swing trading because can be promising 10 to 20 profit just a few month.

Daily trading is very promising, but is at great risk.
we cannot predict prices quickly, and the situation can change quickly. this causes prices to be very unpredictable.
I choose long-term trading, with some coins that have good potential.
