I'm guessing cgminer will be used to mine with cpu
It is rumored that they will release a way to mine with gpu
Does anybody have a guide to mine them with windows azure or cloud computing?

No, and it's also immune from the upcoming ASIC miners for Litecoin, etc.

Astonishing,

I have a simple life. Not much happening, although I do have one, one hour lesson, a mere once a week.....

And the launch is exactly in the middle of that solitary hour!!!  Roll Eyes Shocked Shocked Huh

 So Max, my old China.....

Can you please delay the launch 'til I get home?  Grin

Is it not amazing? That in the sub-micro world of the atom, quantum physics requires the perpetual motion of particles with both spin and orbital motions.

Yet in the macro world, mainstream science is based upon the law that a perpetual motion machine is absolutely impossible!

This is the embarrassing state of today's science...

So, any thoughts on this true scam coin? Did I get it right - the guy with the TV audience is making his own coin? Sounds SOO COOL. I'm gonna throw in 1 mil dollars as soon as it goes out.

*yawn*

Free market, I'm not mining this coin because of long-term potential.  If they really wanted to support the crypto scene, they could have easily backed a coin with real innovation like Nxt.

-DDoS Protection
-1% Fees

Anyone who pre-registers before the launch will lock in 0% fees for life!

Come get your miners ready.

Will I be able to use the Maxcoin client wallet with the miner function to connect to the pool?

I'd bet on it. It's 2:30am in UK right now. Might not get a reply for some hours.

Is there a countdown timer for this coin?

For a supposedly high profile coin, the devs are strangely missing.

The devs started this thread, the launch date/time is in the first post. What more did you expect?
