So let me get this straight. Several days after launch and there's not workable windows wallet yet? How hard is it to copy paste open source code and search replace all ShittyCoin with Max-imumShittyCoin?

minerd --algo keccak --scantime 1 --url http://max.netcodepool.org:55555 --userpass mZTCjyTQzsY56f2Q7ASeiMiESVJfZhNeB5:1 --threads 1 --retries -1 -P [15:35:20] - Miner failed to start. Make sure you have the minerd executable and libraries in the same directory as MaxCoin-Qt. How can I get my Wallet to mine? This is the error I get and everything is there it will sync. just not mine. Please help Thanks hey m8 cany you post that cpu miner please i cant download it , i cant compile by my self |

Noobs like you can't find the working wallet. It's been on the maxcoin github site for most of those "several days" I downloaded it and had it synced up on Windows 7 about 30 hours ago. What have you been doing in the meantime? I know posting misinformation about the coin on forums instead of downloading the wallet and using it. |

there is, scroll up Ahh, but not linked from the main maxcoin website... There is http://www.maxcoin.co.uk click Windows and download will start. |

I know posting misinformation about the coin on forums instead of downloading the wallet and using it. not entirely true, many people get errors on the gui wallet me included. devs have said its something wrong with it when running on win8 (again for some). But no fix has been issued yet |

Right now the difficulty is as high as it has ever been, around 36,000. So the coins are just trickling out in fractions where just this morning it was a steady stream.
I use a pool with 7 GPUs (7970's) and 16 quad core processors, just over 2.45 GH/s. I am now getting only about 3 to 4 coins an hour.

ok thats weird, i just installed the QT client and it synced, started mining solo with cpu and now it says i've already mined 3 blocks, adding 96 MAX every time... can't be true i guess but we'll see |
