Verge(XVG) Is still a smart descision

Yes I aware of the fact that Verge has been hacked twice in a period of two months but hear me out. I will state reasons why I think Verge is still a good choice to invest in.

Limited supply
Verge, its supply is capped, and the limit is 16.5 billion. Not only that, but the large majority of the coins have already been mined. Because of this, the price of XVG has a large potential to jump up, since the demand will increase in time.
The price is still cheap and the coin is stable
It would be much smarter to invest in it right now, before the market recovers, and Verge reaches the value it had in December 2017. According to the CoinMarketCap, its current price is $0.039104 per coin, which allows for the purchase of a large number of coins at a very low price.
Privacy and security
The one thing that gives Verge an advantage over many, many other cryptos is its approach to security and privacy of its users. Many coins offer anonymous transactions, which was great at first. The problems appeared when anonymity was misused for criminal activities, which has forced a lot of exchanges, and even entire countries, to stop dealing in such coins. Those who wish to send payments anonymously can use highly secure protocols like I2P, Tor, as well as its newest edition, the Wraith protocol.

Verge was hacked twice in as many months. The devs (both times) were utterly clueless about how to fix their code. The first time the accidentally forked their coin without even realising it. The second time they stole another coins' code from Github and lied about it being their own. Even Pornhub is using a different cryptocurrency for their upcoming competition.

Verge is a scam with an incompetent team behind it. If you want an actual privacy coin to invest in I would suggest Monero.

Verge Was favorite coin to me to invest for a long time. But my trust had gone when Verge added on a Porn Site. I don't like Porn, it is harmful to every society, and Verge is supporting this! After then I sold all of my Verge coins. I was planning a big move with Verge; I bought Verge to HOLD for a long time. I also preferred verge for a long time cause there are many reasons like limited max supply, available everywhere not so much hyped(a little bit hyped), and the most strong point is its privacy. Verge is one of the best privacy coin.then recently they a announce partnership with Pornhub. That's also good. But recent days they got so many hacks. How a big company like this accidentally hard-forked their coin. How they cant trace the people who hacked them.I think they are hiding something this is the reason I don't like verge now.

It is a "privacy" coin that isn't in the least bit private, the devs have no idea what they are doing, their whitepaper and code is a plagiarised mess, and it is being continuously hacked. Yet still people say such moronic statements as it is a "stable coin" and a "good project".

The sooner coins like Verge fall to zero where they belong, and all the dumb money exits the market, then maybe crypto can start growing and maturing properly.

But think for yourself, what will happen if 90% of all coins are scam now, how will this affect the strongest coins like btc ? people lose faith and money. Learn from mistakes!? Have you not been paying attention? They were hacked, failed to fix the problem through their own incompetence, and then a month later were hacked a second time using the same exploit. They learned nothing. If you read my previous replies, you can see the hack is just the icing on the shit-flavoured cake that is Verge.
