Coinome Exchange adds ETH and XRP

and few days later (today), I have received a mail from them:

It is good to see new exchanges coming up but i would like to know how much time will it take for the INR withdrawal, most of the exchanges i am trading does not support these facility and if they are able to do IMPS transfer then i would like to trade in this exchange but the volume of trades are not that great at this time and with enough exposure it can be a good exchange.

I believe every exchange's bank account have been terminated w.r.t RBI law, none of them are processing INR deposits/withdrawal
