Problem of deposit in idex market

There is a little problem that needs help from all of you, last night I was about to sell coins in the idex market. so I deposit and it turns out until now nothing, while the proof of the transaction already exists.

The possibility of the idex market is being interrupted, or you may have to increase the Gas cost. Gas costs affect the sooner or later the deposit. I suggest to add Gas cost

I have already sent a message to the idex market grievance service and indeed idex is a server problem. because of the number of transactions in the idex market, causing the idex server to experience interference. and who want to deposit was to hampered. Thank you for the information

I also experienced the same thing I've transfered some tokens and proof of transaction from MEW there but the token has not yet entered into idex dompert.

This is proof of idex is experiencing Server interruption, not me and you even my friend experienced something similar to the number of coins that quite a lot.
I am very disappointed because this would be very detrimental. I hope all can be normal again.

Since you knew already what's the cause of the delayed on your deposits then you should wait until the idex team resolve the problem. No one can help you instead of waiting.

Does the problem still persist? If it is, you might wanna contact their support again since from what I've read on their telegram, deposits should be working fine.

I think all problems will be sorted out already. They posted just now in their twitter account that trading is fully-operational. Wait a bit if your problem is still not solved and as they say you can contact them on telegram.

I think you should contact the idex team. I have not experienced the problem before. But I think their support team can resolve the issue.

so many replies in this thread but i think no one could figure out it .

to the op , when we try to deposit any token on idex with private key or json file login , then it will create 2 transactions at same time , one is linked to contract address of token and other one linked to idex smart contract . both txn should be successful for a deposit and you need to wait for 10 blocks for deposit to appear . refresh site if still not appear.

now 2nd way is metamask login , in that way user face issues bcoz of metamask integration is not proper . in case of metamask you need to do click deposit same way you do , but after that 2 pop window will be opened you need to sign both of them . if both success then you are good . if one of them failed then try to click deposit again and again sign the failed txn .

i hope it will clear your doubt / issue . for more knowledge you can search videos . telling this from my past experience with IDEX and other DEX .

gas is only needed to process any transaction faster on ethereum blockchain , but in this case txn is already completed so it is not related to gas . as i said one of those 2 txn must be failed or did not even process .
on Decentralized exchanges deposits are smoother process than centralized exchange , also the withdrawal and gas fee is only need as per network congestion . wasting gas on high fee is going to change nothing .

Crypto currency is moving very fast because of its usefulness based on this IDEX market is listed service based on this if you face any problem like deposit or something you can talk to their customer service to solve this issues so that you can get better solutions & you can use this properly.

In deposit market price fluctuation is a common thing. So if you deposit your stock it will be risky for you. So i suggest you invest for short term. This makes you relax.

sometimes if idex market gets interrupted this kind of problems happens, though i have not faced this problems at all. but heard from a friend. besides that Gas cost can be a issue too.

This is evidence of idex is encountering server interference, not me and you even others experienced something like the quantity of coins that a considerable amount. I am exceptionally baffled since this would be extremely inconvenient. That’s why I think bitcoin is the best. In bitcoin, I do not have to face such situation.

Seems like the problem is already being resolved yet OP didnt tend to make updates on the thread he do made atleast he would comeback and make clarifications or updates on the issue because the thread would add up more unnecessary post or replies for this matter.
Most idex issues when it comes to uncredited deposits is on server interruption but the thing i do like on idex team is they resolve problem fast.

This might be a server problem or maybe you need to input the gas cost. I will suggest you to contact with the customer care center.

I saw this sort of problem happend to someone. Don't worry. It think it a power problem. So, add you gas cost or increase it. Probably, you won't face selling issues with Idex further.
