One of my customers suggested that I ship packages of silver coins under a cover name so no USPS handlers are tempted. What would be a good cover name that would imply the contents (silver rounds) are worthless?

Don't screw around.  Use insurance.

And anyone that bothers to read your address on the packages is going to assume that you are shipping chocolate anyway.

Bitcoin Arcade Products

Companies claiming they got hacked and lost your coins sounds like fraud so perfect it could be called fashionable.  I never believe them.  If I ever experience the misfortune of a real intrusion, I declare I have been honest about the way I have managed the keys in Casascius Coins.  I maintain no ability to recover or reproduce the keys, not even under limitless duress or total intrusion.  Remember that trusting strangers with your coins without any recourse is, as a matter of principle, not a best practice.  Don't keep coins online. Use paper or hardware wallets instead.

you must use insurance, the bullshit 'default' insurance they give you will be impossible to claim. always get extra

just call it 'printed material' on the description, it's how a gold company here ships locally

If you call it "printed material" on the description and then claim it was silver if you need to make a claim, I have a feeling you might have a problem.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

Try "solder alloy", which is a half-truth, since silver is often used for that.

The insurance figure will be a bigger draw to the package than the name, most likely.
