Working on SouthXchange and Peatio API would be a new set of structure to program the BOT, there's a few people who are selling their bot on this forum you might want to search them and ask politely if they can work with your specific exchanges.

And I know that GUNBOT is also one of them I just don't know if it works with your certain exchanges.
