Hi,

I had a problem with a deposit on BTC-e 40 days ago.  I put a ticket on their support site on 20th of December and I have not any answer yet about the issue.

Is there anybody in the same situation? Is this usual behaviour on BTC-e when anybody has a problem or my case is unique?

Any help would be appreciated!...

Thanks and best regards,

Just a thought. Their support site is the same one CampBX uses.

I have not had any problems with deposits or withdraws from the exchange, did you deposit with no fees or something?

I think my problem was an error in data.  The funds are in BTC-e, but I can not see them on my account.  I have put several tickets and I receive zero reply to the tickets I send to support.   I am waiting since 40 days without any answer from BTC-e and I need a solution as soon as possible.

Do you know any way to solve the problem, any contact, I would need to talk with someone of BTC-e ...?

Thanks...

P.S.: I'm desperate with this...  Cry

I'm not fully understanding what the problem is... if you can't see them in your account, how can you be sure that the funds are in btc-e?

Does it say that your balance is 0?  This is a dumb question, but are you sure that the funds were deposited into the right currency address?   Like for instance, I am not necessarily sure what would happen if you clicked on "deposit LTC" and then tried to send BTC to that address...

It was a SEPA transfer and the funds went out from my bank to BTC-e bank, so I know that they are in BTC-e.  I sent to BTC-e the documentation to demostrate it in a ticket.  But they dont reply any of my tickets since 40 days ago.  I cant understand how they dont answer anything...

You probably didn't indicate FFC ACC for SEPA and wire transfers in the memo of your transfer, which is mentioned on BTC-e when you place an order. So the funds could arrive to the bank but did not hit BTC-e bank account particularly.
Did you enter FFC ACC?

But is that any excuse for not replying to support ticket for 40 days? If you can reply, why can't btc-e?

Don't know, it might be caused by a great number of orders and tickets on BTC-e platform... hope that contact details from longshort3301 will help to resolve the issue

Yes, the problem was data in FFC ACC, but I told to them the right data one day after funds were transfered in a ticket, but I dont have reply for the moment... I think that 40 days is enough time at least to say that somebody is processing my problem and give me some information or solution...

Today contacted with them by email, this is the answer:

And by skype messages, I have not receive any answer yet...

I cant believe this...

Thanks and best regards,

i had issues with BTC-E too. resolved them in NOT reasonable time so i stopped using them.
currently i am using btcwithdraw.net , so far i get fast payouts and fast replies.
btc-e was pain in the ass for replies, never replied on time or did not reply at all. my hair turned grey because of btc-e's shitty service

You were supposed to put FFC ACC in the memo of SEPA transfer, not in the ticket to BTC-e support. Also you should have informed them about your problem earlier than in 40 days after money was sent.... Hope that you will all in all resolve your problem.
