So I have a piece of land just shy of a acre (about .95).
It is in North-Eastern California, USA.
It is by no means a expensive property, it is very rural and would be great for camping and hunting/fishing trips etc.
I am gauging response, Of course there is a certain amount I need to get for it so the price I post here is not definitive and can change at any moment with out notice*

1,000 BTC Starting Price

If anyone is interested, I have all the details available for serious inquiries.
Might be a great way for an early adopter to get something seriously substantial.

Also,
I am willing to rent it for camping trips.
It would be closer to having the whole campground instead of just a campsite lol. No Neighbors really.

It's all about the game, and how you play it

I'd look for proof of ownership rather a picture!

On that "street".

You have access to the lake that is northwest on the other side of the mountain too. Plus the lakes and creeks in between.
Like I said I will show ownership to any serious inquiries.

How do you do the taxes for reporting the purchase and sale to the government when the purchase is purely in bitcoin?  If it's reported as a gift, then there's a gift tax typically.

Wtf is that? It looks like it's planned out for a neighborhood or business district, but there is NOTHING ANYWHERE out there. (not interested, just think it's cool what you're doing)

Let's start a city that runs only on Bitcoin, for your donation we will call it Owlsville.

Sounds Great.
We could technically afford the whole village with the bitcoin community behind us.

It is a failed development. People who bought here originally thought it would be a bustling neighborhood, now we know it is more for camping and the such. It could still potentially develop but i wouldn't bet on it.

I guess we call it a barter.
Meaning i would most likely be subject to a tax on income or gains.
Not really gaining anything.
I assume we take the current value of bitcoin for any variable math equation to calculate the tax.

Lets say
1,000 Coins
$1 Each
$1,000
15% Income or whatev Tax*
$150 Tax

$850 for me.

I have no problem paying the tax, we need to figure out a way to do this right. I doubt the govt would care as long as i attempt to pay the proper tax amount to the best of my ability.
