Extension and Revision of AlphaCar Pre-Sale and ICO Program
Dear AlphaCar Community Members:
After thorough deliberation from the project team, we have made a difficult but necessary decision to extend and revise our pre-sale and ICO program. We believe that this updated roadmap is to maximize the interests of our investors.
We made the decision based on the following consideration:
1. The duration of our original pre-sale and ICO program is relatively short, lasting for only 7 days and 10 days respectively. By extending the duration, we’ll be able to carry out a more effective campaign and reach a wider range of investors.
2. The current market conditions have made it more difficult for investors to make investment decisions. This in turn leads to many projects needing more time to reach funding goals.
3. Many of our early investors are very supportive of our ambition, and have suggested to us to extend the ICO period to allow more participation.
4. More ACAR rewards could be given to early investors and program participants to encourage faster spread and better adoption of our products and services.
In view of this, we have decided to revise our pre-sale and ICO programs as follows:
Pre-sale (Jun 11, 2018 to Aug 6, 2018): 1ETH = 78,000ACAR (1-month lockup)
ICO (Aug 8, 2018 to Sep 9, 2018): 1ETH = 60,000ACAR (no lockup)With this extension, it will provide the project team with more time to complete the product based on feedback from the market, so that the users of the AlphaCar community will be better served, and the value of ACAR will increase, thereby providing greater return. At the same time, we will continue to increase the exposure of the project in the world market, laying the groundwork for the upcoming ICO. In conjunction with the ICO program revision, we will also make the following revision to our bounty program:
1. The bounty program will be extended to Sep 9, 2018, the end of the ICO;
2. The bounty pool will be increased to 2% of the target fund raising goal, or 42,000,000 ACAR
3. The stakes will not be limited to 1 stake = 1 ACAR. Instead, the cap for a participant in an individual segment campaign is raised to 10% of the segment’s pool. Thanks and if there are any questions, please feel free to contact us.
