Florinmail - gauging interest

Was interested to see if anyone would find a florin -> smtp service valuable. If so, would people be willing to put up some capital to see it happen (in return for a slice of the fees that would be charged to use the service)? Let me know thoughts and i can start a new thread if there is enough interest...
