I read a long time ago there was an ICO about making a bitcoin movie but the ICO was such a big failure because the team cannot provide their expertise on how they are going to make that movie, or who are their contact, but in case I want Keannu Reeves as the main character.

I haven't heard about this one. I do know the TV show Silicon Valley did something similar. They had an ICO that basically failed and they also lost a thumb drive with millions of dollars on it.
