Wow that's interesting news in my opinion. I see another good news will come to the cryptocurreny asap. South korea will unban crypto, new agreement on US and many more.
I guess there will be so many people are waiting for that

This is a good news to US citizen and those who want to trade with US dollar fiat. Though there are some negative implication with this because the whales can dump altcoin and bitcoin at the same time in exchange with fiat currency. Unlike before that they have to exchange it to bitcoin before it exchange to fiat.
