big problem posting

i haven't posted or try to post since 10 day, every time i try to post i have the message

then i go in my profile to check if the number of post have moved but nope
I have to retry like 4-5 times (at 360+second)to be able to get my post to work
im 100% sure no one is using my ip
i also have the same problem when trying to search for the first time, it say
You are searching too quickly. Wait 90 seconds.
but its my first search of the day, even of the month maybe

Logging in, sending private messages and searching also count as 'posts' so when ever you log in, send a pm or search for something the counter will reset. Judging upon you posting this thread it was because of these reasons you were unable to post.

For future reference try searching the forums for issues similar to yours instead of posting a new thread. (Use google if you are waiting for the timer to go down)

These restrictions get lifted once you graduate from newbie, IIRC.

Nah, but the time limit goes down the more activity you get. Mine is about 28 seconds now I think.

CryptoSiD, just make sure you wait the full six minutes after logging in before you try post. Attempted posts will reset the time.

IIRC, the time limit should be down to 75 seconds, when you get 15 activity.

Mine went down from 360 to some 70-80 secs today after accumulating more then 14 activity points.
