"Discus Fish" currently operates world's 3rd largest Mining pool. http://blockorigin.pfoe.be/top.php

R&D into Scrypt ASIC has been worked on since June 2013,  Tape-out of Scrypt mining hardware has been underway and will produce 100-200GH/s of force, begin June 1st. At this time the exact hash rate figure is not more specific than this range- This is additional (~+150 - ~+305% ) of current hash entire rate of LTC network.

IPO was in background a little but had raised ~4million $, sorry there is no easy to understand documentation for english user yet. I would agree users should only invest what they can understand clearly, so at this time expect low or no interest 

besides, auction is over. unofficial 'pass through' maybe listed as asset on counterparty (xcp) at some point.
