Nxt is out, Ethereum and eMunie coming in february. But please keep in mind, that bitcoin needed a few years to rise that much and so will these coins as well. Buy a few thousand with money you really don't need and hold them, maybe they pay your pension one day in the future.
Good luck!

ROFL at all these newbs that just got into crypto, throwing out the names of all these chains except for Litecoin, Namecoin, PPC, or XPM Considering fact that Doge recently landed on second place with Hashrate overthrowing LTC I would say that next few months may be very surprising for many. Plus, if they ever want to go really mainstream, they can just soften the "G" in Doge like people do with Target pronounced as "Tarjay". Voila! Instantly more expensive and exclusive sounding

ROFL at all these newbs that just got into crypto, throwing out the names of all these chains except for Litecoin, Namecoin, PPC, or XPM XPM reppin dat CPU mining, real useful science-doing, stable value-holding coin. I can't believe people still think DOGE is going to be the next big thing. It already had it's time in the sun, and it's freshness date is already passed a week ago. DOGE has no protection from getting DOGE-ed by the next meme-backed coin. The meme coins will all eventually dilute each other out to dust, arbing in and out of one another until all get driven back down to 1 satoshi each and forgotten. Novelties that all popped once then faded into the internet's background noise.

Stay away from NXT or any other new coin their source code are not proven, stick with the regulars it was invented by Satoshi Nakamoto a true mathematical genius who created the perfect piece of art, his attention to detail is incredible, NXT nowhere close. www.marinecoin.org

Looking to maybe exchange my investment in bitcoins to an alternate cryptocurrency; one thats liable to blow up like bitcoins did. Any opinions on the up and comers? I've heard good things about Doge and Quark, but I wouldn't know for sure as I'm fairly new to this. Thanks for any and all replies!
Honestly, your asking the wrong people for investment advise. This forum is 90% teenagers and 20-30 sum odd year olds acting like teenagers. The other 10% of the community are Dev's which only want you to invest in whatever new coin they created. Ultimately when you invest and/or sell off is up to you! Don't follow someone else's advise in regards to investing. Someone here could say sell, sell, sell and tomorrow bitcoin could blow up. Alternatively it could drop like a rock. IMO no digital currency is a "safe" investment. However, that doesn't stop me from making profit here and there. Look for something innovative Does said coin have Android & IOS wallets Plentiful games to play Some awesome new features Built from the ground up not a clone Are dev's active Publicly posted plan for the coins future Not premined although there are exceptions. Sure you can make a quick buck from clone coins and a lot of people do. But, I'm guessing that's not what your after. The above is what I would consider as close to "safe" as it gets in crypto land. Over time I'd say worldcoin.. has an amazing community and is really starting to promote its self.
I agree. WDC is looking strong. Strong name, highly adoptable mainstream. Quick. Very good new wallet. Besides Worldcoin will be at Scharmbeck soon (maybe it is already). I am holding my worldcoin close. Have been for the last 6 months. Worldcoin is back at MCXNow again. The reopened trading just undera week ago. Well over 100 BTC volume. https://mcxnow.com/?r=taborresen

Well DOGE would never cross BTC's current price, but its gonna soon have more volume than BTC. (and you know what happens then)
The other day DOGE had volume of 20k BTC while BTC had 7k BTC volume

Good hypothesis, but I doubt the whales heavily invested in DOGE would let that happen for the own sake. Coins have already come and go trying to copy the DOGE craze and have already failed.

And just when somebody criticises a coin it doesn't mean that they are 'haters'. Haters is a term morons use so it goes well with Dogeholders.

Take a look at the list of coins on coinmarketcap.com and look for those that are undervalued. The trick is to find coins that have a disconnect between underlying fundamentals and market price. Do your homework and realize that coin value is derived from 1.) coin name, 2.) quality of community, and 3.) developer genius. Simply read, study, and research, then find the coins that the market has not found yet and you'll have the future winners. IMO
