I've written a article regarding the recent funding shortages of Bitcoinsports/Bit365 a few weeks back:

http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/2014/01/24/bitcoinsports-eu-funding-disaster/

Seems like my prediction was correct. Wink

Hey guys,

I made a bet 3 months ago and I still haven't been paid. The amount is fairly small in comparison with others, but still. Here's the bet slip link:
http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/8485f

I will update and post in the thread once I get paid. Hope you all get your money eventually.

Edit: PAID 2014-02-28

I have still only received 1btc from http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/24516. Bit365 assured me he has not forgotten about me.  Then again according to his pms I should be paid in full sometime last december.  I am still owed 29btc.  3 Months overdue!  I will update if I receive another payment.

Hi Adelex,

I have updated the address on your investment to 1G6WzJZEbJJqfcb7RaTCvP88oBCKSJAHDR. I expect that your investment can be repaid by the end of February 2014, is this timetable acceptable for you?

Please let me know.

Five days left, haven't received anything.

He's pretty dox-resistant. I am not the world's best, by a long shot. But he does all the right things.

Hi Guys,

Just to inform you guys that he is such a LIER. Right one month ago this is what he pm'd me "Hi cityofgod, I believe enough BTC can be recovered to pay your bet in full by the end of February. I hope this timetable acceptable for you. Please let me know". and guess what ? It's the 28th of February and he still owes me 1.73 BTC which I guess is not a great deal for him but he still hasn't paid me yet. This guy just keeps making false promises which he can't even keep. I hope he gets caught for what he has done. This is unacceptable.

It looks like he is trying...

I wonder what the real story behind all this is

I think Monero (XMR) is very interesting.

I wonder what the real story behind all this is

Making small payments on a personal debt can buy you time.  It prevents people from getting very mad and trying to take you to court, get more info about you, and spread the word of what you did to the general public.  Over time, people also get weary and are liable to forget/forgive debts.  Just look in this thread how many people were owed one amount and settled for 1/2-1/3rd that amount.  That's pure profit for Bit365.  Also after a long period of time people think "well it's been so long, there's nothing I can do now".  It's pretty common for people to be strung along with small payments.

The problem is, it also looks the same as if someone was getting periodic payments (paycheck, ad revenue, ect) and was legit trying to make good on the debt.
