Are you all struggling as much as I am with all the new altcoin releases?
Most of the time, I first hear about a coin when it's already launched, as this forum is rather busy, and I only have a small amount of time to read it.

So I was thinking of creating a public calendar, for everyone to see and a select few to help me maintain.
The benefit of the calendar is to not only see historical releases, but see upcoming coin releases and their supporting links/information.
Of course, it's simple to subscribe to a calendar as well, which is handy, rather than keep checking bitcointalk every hour. What do you think?

I've made a very small start so far for this month. Here it is!:
https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=l2dfhne74f1n7bn5d4pt58aplo%40group.calendar.google.com

If you'd like to be a contributor to the calendar, let me know.
At the very least, I could very much use a list of dates and times when each existing coin was launched - if someone already has that.

Otherwise, feel free to give your support by donating doge if you like! Smiley

Thanks! If they don't launch, we can certainly remove them.
There's no real way to tell that ahead of time though, I suppose.

So for anyone that wants to help contribute to the calendar, you can provide a list of:
- the coin's name
- launch date and time
- link to the original launch thread

This calendar is great. Now I can keep an eye on the launch dates for all these scamcoins I have no* interest in being a part of so I can watch the inevitable gongshow live.

No point keeping track of these coins, they go as fast as they come.

Is there anything else you'd like to track in such a calendar? It doesn't have to only be coin releases.
It can also be about significant milestones for the most utilized coins.
