Jason requested a loan via PM for $300 here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=97764.msg3605923#msg3605923 and was due over a month ago. He never replied to any PMs nor did he login again since his loan is due.

Jasonslow asked for a loan on 21 October 2013 at 02:22:48 (forum time). We (Boelens and I) have given him this loan, because he had a previous loan with us and his reason sounded quite legit. He did once come with a good reason (family in Philippines needed the money to rebuild) so we gave him so more time. Now our patience has run out. We have send him a message on 14 January 2014 asking to pay back the loan, but he hasn't replied nor repaid us.

It would be reasonable to ask the guy for some dox, have a conversation on the phone, maybe even ask him to send you his passport photo.
