Hello,

I am mining at 320 MN/s using the Lyra2RE2 algorithm but on the ahashpool site it shows as 40, then after 4 minuts it goes up to 100, then 200, then finally 300.
Thereafter is goes back down to 20.
Why is ahashpool displaying an incorrect hashrate continuously, and why is it changing by lowballing my actual rate?
where is the ahashpool contact / support?

Can anyone suggest another pool, this one seems crap, borderline stealing hashrate.

Regards

Thereafter it goes back down to 20.
Then stay at 20 or goes up to normal again (nearing your actual hashrate)? How long were you doing mining on that pool, by the way?

You can try to email 'em: support [at] ahashpool [dot] com

Under 50% of the actual Hashrate, that was too far. Contacting 'em was a good idea, and make sure you haven't issue at your side (Internet connection, etc.). Another option may you need to move to the other pool.

thx for email, will contact them

That email listed on the pool site.

The miners for lyra2v2 have a problem with low hashrate reported by the pool - the miner overreports the actual hashrate.
Try tpruvot's 2.2.5, try djm34's version. Add --submit-stale as a command line parameter.

This is the response from ahashpool support:

"Use ccminer nanashi
It is a known issue for other versions of ccminer that they don't submit lyra2v2 shares properly"

yep ..... I have the same question.
several weeks ago, I find this problem with lyra2v2.
so I test hashrate report from Ahashpool with my 1080ti ring, maybe over 10 hours.
finally, the pool's hashrate is 40~60% of my ccminer report.
damn it, it's terrible.

I report this to support@ahashpool.com
and then Huh
no any reply to me !!!

so ... I take all my rings to leave Ahashpool.

Lyra2v2 has that issue on many pools from what I have seen.

You need to contact first the customer support service  for problems perhaps there is only technical issues in regards with how it works before looking for a new thing.

Just out of curiosity which pool did you go to?
I have been with ahashpool for over 6 months but did not notice this anomaly till I sat in front of my PC all day long watching the hash rates.

I  mine RVN(X16r) directly now  Cheesy
maybe I will go to blazepool.
becuse Ahashpool leech our fees, but no any support for me. even there is a E-mail support@ahashpool.com, no one reply to me.
blazepool has Discord. I can get help from there .
so I feel that's better.
