Cryptsy stole my bitcoins

Ive deposited some Bitcoins in Crptsy ,for some time it was visible in pending deposits but suddenly it vanished and it was not added to bitcoin account balance,

i contacted support , after 48 hrs they gave reply that it was already added ,but i cant see anything, again i gave reply that it was not added ,,but no answer from cryptsy support

i am waiting from 24 hrs

cryptsy is slow, i transfered some PPC, got the tx confirmed within a few minutes, took cryptsy 2 days!
Kinda like the site though, with all the posibilities

I deposited red coins for my first deposit and they never got credited

I had a similar problem just after new year and perhaps some staff were still on holiday. They fixed it after I filled out a support ticket, but I had to wait forever for them to get back to me. Maybe my memory is hazy, but it seemed like a week's wait!

If you have a transaction id from the deposit I'm sure they will fix it. However, you might have a long wait.

everyone that has been burnt please file complaints with www.finra.org  the regulators.


with enough complaints cryptsy will be forced to clients better. it is all that can be done.


this site  360,000 dollars in a  week and he cant get more servers and support. f you cryptsy

I've deposited numerous coins into Cryptsy without a problem. Sure, sometimes they could take a little time, but they always showed up as expected and credited correctly.

If you don't like Cryptsy, you can trade somewhere else or you can create your own exchange.
