This information is probably somewhere in this forum already but I couldn't find it so I decided to ask:
Are there any publicly traded bitcoin related companies in US or somewhere else?

How about those bitcoin stocks? Are they all scams or are there some good ones? I know pretty much nothing about them, but they sound interesting.

Have you looked in the "securities" board on this forum?

Take a look at mpex.co and havelockinvestments.com

Use CoinBR to trade bitcoin stocks: CoinBR.com

The best place for betting with bitcoin: BitBet.us

Thanks mike for posting these companies. I feel like these companies could do very well by bridging bitcoin with public investing.

Thanks peter for referring the securities forum. Took a look at it for the first time but I feel like there is a lot of misinformation to sift through in order to get to the good stuff.

I am interested in investing more in Bitcoin with stocks and shares and I started with cryptostocks and have a bit in havelok investments too but want to grow more. I will look at these other links that you all posted as well as I am quite new to investing with Bitcoin. Smiley

I agree that once publicly traded companies start using bitcoin it will gain a lot of coverage since there is a lot of analysts and investors monitoring these companies. Of course not mention the customers. However the customers might just ignore bitcoin since they can also use regular money. Analysts and investors on the other hand want to learn more and won't just ignore bitcoin. And some "traditional" investors might be interested in bitcoin but don't feel comfortable buying BTC directly so these kind of companies are a great way for such people.

You definitely need to use extra caution when investing in cryptostocks. You need to do even more due diligence than in traditional stocks. There are a lot of bad deals there so it requires some work finding the good ones.

I also took a look at companies in havelok investments and i'm definitely interested. I just need to take a closer look at these companies. Some cryptostock would be a good way to add some dispersion!
