Now I'm posting here anyway: Coinomi is using a lot of data, up to more than 800 MB per month for 6 different coins (on Wifi), which is about 40 times more than Mycelium uses.

I use Coinomi too but on android but the data is not as much as this. When I checked to see how much I have used after seeing your post, its was a little below 30MB which I feel its still Ok to a large extent. The app is a cool one though because of the simplicity in sweeping a wallet whenever there is need to claim a fork listed on the app. I want to suggest maybe you copy out the keys and every details needed, then you uninstall and start all over again and if that didn't work, they are more active on Twitter than the forum to respond to queries raised by users of their app.

You could use MyCrypto for that purpose. You have two solutions now:

- Use this or this to get the private keys from your seed and then import them to MyCrypto and sign a message from there.
- Or you could try to directly import the seed but I'm not sure If it's usable there or not.

-snip-

There are a couple of posts on Reddit complaining of similar issues - they all seem to have required a reinstall and restore from seed to solve.

You could also try posting in the Coinomi subreddit - the devs are fairly active there and may be able to help.

I don't think this is a good solution, as I will expose my private keys....

I would need to sends my funds to another wallet, expose my keys, then generate another wallet...
That's not worth for me now...

Thanks. I discovered my phone can switch user, so I created a new account, tested restoring my seed phrase (without exposing it to a new device), and deleted my original app. Not it works again.

I don't use Reddit, from what I've seen I need to score points before I can even post there, so never mind Tongue

It's a multi crypto wallet, private keys are very safe in this wallet. This wallet supports only for android. This is very secure wallet. At present it supports 78 coins in this wallet including most important coins. It's a open source and universal wallet. Iam using this wallet for some time it is quite easy and the transaction speed is very fast. MAke sure that you activate the secured option in your wallet. Have 2FA authendication factor. This is more secured system.
