Win-Win situation? Maybe between the company who launched the ICO and the bounty participant. But between the company and it's investors? Not always the case. Have you even invested in an ICO? If so, then you would understand that a win-win situation is somewhat close to common but mostly, the only party who wins is the company. They can raise fund from nothing. Well not necessarily just nothing. They have a virtual coin/token (very close to nothing) and a hand full of promises (also very close to nothing).
