I really like IPSX token. This token was recently added to the stock exchange, but its price has increased significantly.

will the price keep going up and up? and, is it true IPSX is the ERC20 token?
will the token of type ERC20 be able to compete with coins that have their own blockchain?

It will if the development progress is doing straightly, you can try to search that token through etherscan. The point of ERC20 to become the tokenization asset, but remember it can support the DAPPS platform. if the developer will try to creating the platform that uses the ERC20 token as the main point and it can become very useful compared with altcoin that has its own blockchain.
Let's try to take a look at the remme project, and how it will be developing the new security platform. The remme token will take as the asset of the remme itself. Basically there is no difference between remme asset and the coin that's used its own blockchain. If remme will develop a better idea rather than create a copycat blockchain with a small improvement and then remme should better than its blockchain coin.

NEO has a big potential to grow but I am not sure how much the increase of the coin as we don't know what will happen in the market later. but we can expect that the NEO can increase more than 5 times in this year. I see that NEO is good enough to buy although this coin is included in the middle coin which is more than 0.007xx btc and if it's really increasing, then it could be more than 0.01 btc in the future.

but I won't just stop for NEO because I am sure that there are any coins that potential to increase especially for cheap coins in under 0.001 btc and I think we can buy it right now before it increases later.

But i think Ethereum is better idea to invest at this time because ethereum price is on decreasing trend. if any positive news come out after G20 meeting then ethereum price will rapidly increase.
