Due to past unpleasant experience with campaign managers, I've decided to jump in and offer my experience to reduce the number of spam and dodgy behavior.

- Rates would always be discussed in private.

Since I don't have past experience with signature campaign management, I'd be glad to go through a trial week for 50% of the normal fee for the first week, therefore let's say that the fee is 0.02BTC per week, so I'd be offering my service for 0.01BTC for the first week (simple trial).

- Will be always looking for users with quality posts

That means that there would be a minimum merit requirement to join the campaign to make sure only users with quality posts are accepted.

- Strict rules for joining and participating in the campaign

There would be no letting someone slide under, accepting any kind of "bribe" or anything similar in that manner. Rules will be clear enough for everyone to understand them.

- Monitoring participants over the week

Going over all of the participants every few hours, running over their latest posts to, again, ensure in quality and if someone's breaking any rules (I believe in yellow card/red card, so everyone will receive a warning for some minor rule breaking)

- Escrow and signature/avatar

Escrowing funds before the start of the campaign is a must. I don't want to be the escrow so it's up the the campaign owner (or myself) to find an escrow.
Signature and avatar are provided by campaign owner.

(I will be out of town for the weekend but will be available on telegram, gmail and will be checking bitcointalk from time to time)

From campaign owners I expect professionalism, clear about any demands and to follow the rules for good cooperation. When it comes to work and business, I'm nothing but fair, strict and always open for cooperation.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.
