As long as you have valid collateral as monbux said you can get a loan. However if a newbie ask for a loan you will be tag as scammer because newbie asking for a loan request is really doubtful and unnatural behavior if we talk about social helpfulness.

And my advice for you in the future if you have a valid collateral make sure to use trusted escrow like monbux.  Wink
