Yeah, it is coming. Have a look on 3 month futures, there is big green candle with volume. It is a strong buy signal for me, we just closed previous contract and now it is going to be a bull run for following 3 -6 month. I will keep doing according to this assumption

Its impossible to reliably predict such a thing. I dont think a bull market is right around the corner personally, I believe there will be a good while longer of sideways movement and possibly a bit more to the downside. In this time it is smartest to be accumulating. Yeah right, it's not supposed to put all your money in crypto just because it sees the market slowly recovering. But indeed I'm pretty sure this increase will consistently move slowly toward high marks at the end of the year. If you believe that I think it will be fine if you want to start buying some altcoins now.

I also think that the market is starting to recover. But there will still be small pods, so buy altcoyins carefully. Not for the whole amount, but gradually.
