I’m having much the same problem myself.
With little to no filtering, the bots were rampant.
After plugging some security holes, traffic dropped like a rock.
I’m still hoping traffic will pick up again, but it’s slow going.
Honestly though, I’ve been running a lot of experiments to see what works and what doesn’t. So, while I’m more confident in my coding skills and the structural parts, I still draw a blank when it comes increasing traffic.
The irony of it all, is that leaving everything wide open for bots was much better for business.
Plugging the security holes and making an effort to bring “quality traffic” is killing me. Go figure...
My goal has always been to offer a no hassle faucet with good rewards for real people. It seems you need to welcome the bad traffic if you want numbers up. :/

P.S. I really hope I’m wrong about this...

For me, my numbers always spiked when I ran giveaways. You could get a huge line of people waiting for a disease, as long as they think it is free. 

You could try steemit, I guess?
Also, ref links will help you get more users, too.

Don't have to be the marketing department, if your users are running it for you.

First of all, you need to refill your faucet ballance as user above said.
Bitcointalk and other Bitcoin forums is a great place to promote your faucet. Post your faucet link on Micro Earnings board and people will visit your faucet.
felicita posted great suggestion - various promotions, lucky hours can help to attract more visitors. Something like doubled rewards or increased ref commission.
Contact owners of faucet lists to add your faucet - it's great source of traffic. I would add your faucet to my faucet list if you will refill faucet.
I see you tried Mellowads without positive results. Maybe your advertisement aren't attractive and eye catching? Try to change text of ads or edit targeting. On Mellowads you can get some free advertising - you can try Mellowads faucet and use earnings from it for advertising.
And most important thing - high rewards and not too many annoyings ads and popups is the best way to get visitors

The main purpose of having faucet is for you to earn money right? Since this is a whole business you have to satisfy your users. For example consistency if your faucet can give them consistency then they will surely goes back.

Referral - It is very important if you can give higher percentage of referral then surely most of the faucet rotators sites or faucet listing site will add your faucet on their list and eventually it can increase your traffic. A free advertisement right?

Be patient - The most important part is to be patient especially if your faucet is new. As long as you have users you can keep your faucet alive and it will eventually grow on timely manner and try to improve your rate as well if you are starting to gain more users as it will drive another wave of users

I would add you to mine, but your faucet is showing a 3 sat balance. It's too much hassle to add faucets with no longevity only to remove them a week later. Be patience and keep going then you'll get added by more people.

My balance went to 3 and i didn't win from popads and others, should i try to add other satoshis and see what will happen?

Firstly, you have to refill your faucet.
Secondly, You should use a TLD domain as it will help you get more alexa rank
Thirdly, Create a custom and good looking script, this will help you attract the eye of your users and even get accepted in other ad networks as well!
And then, you can use the earnings for refilling your faucet and organizing some Happy Hours or jackpots or even high referral commision!

Also, I have seen on your ads that you're asking users to click on your ads, this won't get you nowhere!
Ad networks won't accept you for doing this, so please be careful!

I just finished updating the faucet script for my β-faucet.
Less ads, higher rewards, quicker interface but also tighter defense vs "bad traffic". If this *new* recipe draws more traffic, I'll let you know.

P.S.
For those who decide to check it out, I've made a conscious effort to simplify the design in order to make it light weight and quicker to load. So, don't expect flashy graphics and advanced layout, it's supposed to be very simplistic.
(It's a place where I can play around with settings and alternate code before making changes to the more established and stable faucets.)
