You have told us nothing about what you intend to do. Are you starting an altcoin? A new layer on top of Bitcoin? An alternative client? A service? Without more information we have no way to know what kind of developers you're looking for, the scale of your project, whether your project has any merit...

If only getting developers for a project was that easy Smiley

Bitcoin Core developer [PGP] Warning: For most, coin loss is a larger risk than coin theft. A disk can die any time. Regularly back up your wallet through FileBackup Wallet to an external storage or the (encrypted!) cloud. Use a separate offline wallet for storing larger amounts.

The holy grail of e-business:
1. have an idea.
2. find someone else to do it.
3. profit.
