Just send money from coinbase to one of the wallets addresses on your blockchain account.

And to add an image just add the img tags:

You will have to contact coinbase to find out about their system. You will have to contact blockchain.info about their wallet. These are different wallet schemes and they all do basically the same thing. A wallet stores your private keys and allows you to spend. You can use all of them if you wish. But each will have it's own rules and procedures.

You might consider taking total control of your keys by running the bitcoin-qt wallet. The online wallets you mentioned are only as good as the business that runs them.

I haven't used coinbase but I think it's like an all in one. A wallet, an exchnage and payment processor.

Make sure to set up all the security features on your blockchain.info wallet - 2 factor auth and a second password.

Coinbase acts more of a broker - to buy / sell bitcoins.

As for your profile situation, on adding pictures you cant do it anymore. Its a universal thing, before this forum got hacked.

Though it is not suggested, many people are still using exchange as their wallets, and you can make an instant off-chain transaction to another user on the same exchange.
