Dear all,
It have a issue that everyone is intersted in when they receive the tokens: which exchange is the token located?. What do you think about the level of altcoins on big exchanges (or smaller exchanges)?

Some people or possibly many, they expect a new coin to be listed on big exchange to drive big volume and more liquidity there. By these situations, people expect the price to go up as the demand is high. So that's why more people as new token holders request to list in big exchange.

If you want to know where your tokens are listed you can go to coinmarket cap and search your token there and hit the market tab to see the list of exchanges and the combinations available. But I don't care about the big exchanges because many tokens will never listed on any exchanges so it is better to sell and the listed exchange than waiting for to list in a big exchange because most of the time the price will fall drastically soon after listed in exchange.

Most of the time, if your ICO token is on a large exchange, it will have a good price.
And if your token is on a small exchange, most of the time it falls below the issue price.

But there is a problem for a new token to be listed on big exchange especially if their sale is not good just reach soft cap or a little bit above soft cap, it will be difficult to be listed on big exchange which I heard need big amount of cost. This is surely a big difficult for that project who has limited budget.

Usually the larger the exchange, the more reliable it is. If the coin you've chosen to trade was listed on the large exchange, the more secure you can feel yourself while trading or keeping your coins there, the lower chances of being robbed you have, what can't be said about the small ones.

Mostly erc-20 based tokens are listed on decentralized exchanges like forkdelta and idex etc, so if you want to trade newly launched tokens just go and check at these exchanges first.

often when you receive your tokens, they are not yet listed on important exchanges.
so you have to be patient.
but if you are in a hurry to sell them, it is always possible on forkdelta for example.

In my opinion tokens will never be on big exchanges, It is still a small thing compared to the entire galaxies. At the moment, the best choice is token sale when the price is high, remember to do not hold its too long

What's kind of your token? I can't understand about what's your purpose because you don't mention all of the important part in your thread. Altcoin that has already listed in various exchange sites are having a lot of interesting idea and at least the developer has been running at the middle of the roadmap.

A few people or conceivably many, they anticipate that recording of coin in the exchange will give rise to huge trade to drive enormous volume and greater liquidity there. By these circumstances, individuals anticipate that the price will go up as the request is high. So this is the reason that more individuals as new token holders demand to list in huge trade. This is a common perception of the most of the investors.

I don't think it is something big to ask from mostof these ICO team, now they raised alot of money and it should not be an issue paying for the exchange listing, big exchanges drive volume. Just look at Quarkchain that was listed on exchange few days ago, it did 25X for investors at a time

average big exchange have high trading volume, but sometimes not all alt are available or can be listed there. so I think it all depends on the choice or decision we will take, whether alt is in exchange big or small.

Listing the coin on a large exchange is not free. Developers must pay an obscene amount of money.
If developers have collected a lot of money and they can afford a place in a large stock exchange, OK. The volume of trade will increase and this will be a plus.
If the developers don't want to give money to the owners of exchanges and they want to spend all money to develop the project, in my opinion, it's even better.
For me it doesn't matter on which exchange the coin is traded. A large exchange is not a sign of the success of the project, it's a sign of an increase in the volume of sales.

The volume of altcoin exchanges on the exchanges is increasing day by day because of the investment demand of new investors entering the market. I believe that as the cryptocurrency market grows at par with financial markets such as Forex, equities, ... every altcoin will have its own investment community and not be dominated by large investors as it currently does now on.

with altcoins listed on the bigger exchange, then the purchasing power will also soar, that's because the big market is the gathering place of experienced cryptoes and also whales that are ready to buy massively to increase their profits...
