Since I am newbie so basically want to work with some established manager here, so that I can learn the required skills.
Compensation is not an issue, since I am more focused on learning.

Might be somebody require some sort of assistance. By thinking of competition on tomorrow you will not waste your today.

There are many bounties required the candidates for the translation service. Then for your rank most of the people would not easily take you as the bounty manager or even translator. Please ensure yourself to grow in the rank wise over this forum.
Once you ranked you can try for these both things mate. If possible design your service thread with your portfolio to have belief on you.

Why would a established manager would able to help you out? Compensation? They wont really care at all because if they would do such thing they would add up a possible competition.
Rank and reputation would always vary and based on your rank and experienced it would be hard. Sorry for being harsh but this is reality but its not impossible to start because anyone or anything else do start out to be a newbie.
