I'm not sure what exactly you mean by recovered, but yes it has also some good days. But we are actually far from the really good market values. While the market capitalization does not exceed 350 billion, the market will not be fully recovered in my opinion.

I don't think that the market is already in a recovery stage. It is still trying to find a stronger support level, then it will consolidate sideways before having another uptrend. The trading volume during the past few months indicates that there are only few investors who enters the market. Maybe, the whales and institutional investors are not entering yet and they are discreetly buying over the counter.
