I agree with the first sentence you say. It is very difficult for the market to recover completely like at the end of 2017. In 2018 I think the highest value of bitcoin can only reach the 15k mark.

I don't think the market has recovered to fully.The prises are stable now but that doesn't mean it is recovered.It will take few months for crypto to fully recover from first half of this year.
