well I know market can recover so im still hoping for it to happen even many speculation and prediction when the market recover. Not sure if the market recovered already as we can see, all coins prices suffer in low prices. even bitcoin and ethereum, this two coins is higher interms of prices but now its also have the low prices. lets take into consideration that they're base by all alts. I think market still not recover and maybe if its recover it will happen this coming 2019 next year.

I think the market in its current state is closest to its natural not overvalued state as it was a year ago. Probably the current price of Bitcoin is its cost.
