I do not think that tge market has fully recovered considering that both etheruem and bitcoin are still struggling to break out from their current price.
Full recovery of the market may take time to happen, maybe from2019.

i am worried the temperary price goes up then takes a dump. been happening the whole year. it just took a bounce. but the whole year it found a bottom at 6000. now its unpredictable. i hope the price pumps so high that we would not be worry for awhile until it dumps again. i am accumulating but a little less than i was at 6000.
