I am a designer of a video game that is looking at accepting various payments from different locations.   Bitcoin was brought up and I went to the website and watched the video and came away even more confused.  Since it never talked about the finance part.

The question I have is how many bitcoins can I purchase per $1.00

Then how do I cash out bitcoins that have been paid in for the service?

The answer to your question would be checking out a currency converter.

If you want to cash out, use sites like coinbase, its based in the US and is almost hassle free if you verify your identity.

Or you can try localbitcoins if you don't want to do ID verification.
