You can find alot of open source project (ex GitHub), then you can just re-modify frontend (UI/UX design). You need some basic Linux admin skills, and some html/php/css/js/jquery skills.

Can get an Exchange up and running in a few hours with the right skills Then you need to know how to secure the servers, firewalls, ports, changing SSH settings etc.

Most are selling Exchange script for a lot of money (which for me is funny, as the most scripts people selling are built on open source) then they just readjusted the frontend.

Thanks for the post but I found nothing new on Github. I found old broken code and projects.

I found one person selling a script which is similar to your site but could not find the open source files or project name.

FujiCoin (FJC), Fastcoin (FST), Sakuracoin (SKR) and New York Gold Coin (NYG) will be delisted from our Exchange.

These coins are not optimal for our Exchange that's why we took this decision.

Ok found the Github template. Still think meanxtrade bootstrap version and clean layout is better than the OpenTrade layout. I will play around with the code and install it and see if it is worth my while launching an exchange.

How much CPU/RAM/HD are you using? With concurrent users on hand clicking away there needs to be enough processing power to handle it on busy exchanges.

MissExchange I have a lot of respect for people trying new crypto related things and standing up trying to make a difference pitted against very big business (in this case exchanges) so wishing you success in your business. Your cloud set up is good to start with (8GB RAM, Quad Core) and as you said you will scale if or when required.

A little advice:

1. Please consider changing your logo, it is not nice at all. Use Photoshop and create something better

2. It seems in order to make the home page fit responsive you removed the oprntrade home page graph but that large void empty area in the centre looks very bad, try adding something else there

3. Since there are so many empty orders for buy/sell those boxes at the footer should not be there or be replaced. Instead of using the opentrade template as-is why not change it with simple modifications to improve it

4. Maybe you started with too many coins and pairs. Consider removing them and concentrate on building your business slowly upwards with coins that have a community not cheap uselesss ones

I have not looked beyond that at your site but wish you success. I still think the meanxtrade template simply has a better layout UI.

Your logo and designing really need some focus from the team. If you will hire a more expert designer then it will make your exchange more better and favorable design for the traders. The new comers also being attracted when they see a good looking website. That will help you in promoting your exchange.

Delisting is required for those coin which are dead because of not being traded on your platform. Try to add those coins which have a bigger community and are looking for the exchange listing. If you will add the coins of high potential first from the remaining then the community of that coin will come to adopt your exchange.
