I think that is an unrealistic expectation. 1 million is too much. It is better if it reach at least $20K again. Also it will take some time to reach this level again. But I don't think it will reach 1 million. But who can predict what will happen in crypto market. Who thought a below $1 coin will reach $20K. So anything can happen here.

imposssible. considering total supply and circulating supply it is not possible. think about total market cap in such situation, how will the market respond for sells and cash outs in such situations? who is going to pay 1 million usd for 1 bitcoin?
