Actually , this is normal thing that we keep us ourself positive in most of the condition of the cryptocurrency market , here our basic aim remain such that we should make ourself panic free , so don't talk in such way .
And also right now a small negative news ( delay of ETF by security exchange commission )   is going on , but still that will change into positive news soon , because how much time this delay will remain .
Since the basic rule of trading says that we should buy altcoins at dump , so it will be more better for you buy altcoins ( better much famouse ) which are much dumped .
So if you have money in your pocket extra , then you can invest for better result in small time .
Otherwise hodl and patience are enough to give profit in future , with long term wait .

I also think that the negative news background will not last forever. This can last until the end of the year. I think the growth will be closer to winter. In the current situation, I would prefer buying top coins. And of course hold.
