It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Hey liteon, the script he posted in the OP was not licensed to him. I've granted one license to it, (http://www.bitcoinrotator.com/, since abandoned, broken project) He stole the code from there and uploaded it for free here. What do you mean? It's not a faucet... It's a faucet rotator script. This script allows you to set faucet links and allow users to easily rotate between them by clicking the previous or next button. There's also room to profit with the adspace at the top.

You can easily add faucets but it doesn't have a built in timer or anything of that nature.
