The chart is good but it is only good if there are volume that Absolute coin does not have for recent months, according to https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/absolute/markets/

STEX, for whatsoever has good volume and decent number of trading pairs:

• 263 coins, 379 pairs (according to coingecko.com)
• 2,715 BTC traded daily (according to coinmarketcap.com)

The Absolute coin's developers are very inactive on Twitter too. That tweet is their first one since April 2019.

I'm excited to say that the halving event has occurred on the ABS chain.



The ABS halving event has occurred on the chain at block 700801! Masternode payments are now 6 ABS and mining rewards are 1.5 ABS per block.

There is currently 16,475,747 ABS in supply with a further 3,874,253 available. The next cycle will release 2,628,000 ABS over the next 12-14 months.

Progress on the Proof of View system will allow user to earn the remaining 32.15M ABS available via the AbsoluteX.io domain which will take over from the current address at absolutecoin.net in the near future. Out absolutecoin.net domain will be used for developer, technical and wallet based information only once the new site is live.

The plugin has fully automated payment verification, API based, with no middle man service or fees. Merchants get 100% of payments, directly in their wallet. Merchants don’t need to have a connection with wallet over a server or any service, the plugin payment functionality is completely decentralized.

Absolute has seen some great progress over the past month. Rocketbot functionality has been added to Absolute, allowing anyone to send and receive funds on Twitter, Discord or Telegram. The Absolute wallet enters its final stage of testing for V13.0.1

ABS wallet release v0.13.0.1 is out!

The first major release of the Absolute Core including Deterministic Masternodes.

This release includes transaction protocol updates which will allow for changes to how data is logged on the Absolute chain.

Other than allowing us to start using Deterministic related properties. This also allows us in start building API bridges in regards to data logging between the online configurator systems and the Absolute chain.

As we approach block 970,000, we will need to consider getting ready for the additional steps that are required to register your v0.13 Masternode on the network. We understand that this can take some time to implement! So we have created a Protx Generator to make the process as easy as possible!

The first phase of the Deterministic Masternode process has still not started yet, so although you can setup your Protx Perpare command now, you won’t be able to use it until the first phase is active.

A quick note on BLS. Boneh–Lynn–Shacham signature or BLS for short is needed in this version of Absolute. This key when generated creates a private and public key, the private key must be placed in your absolute.conf on your Masternode. If you forget to do this the node will not start, so make sure you follow the Masternode upgrade guide here:  https://absify.me/docs/upgrade-your-masternode-to-v0-13-0-1/

If you save your details now, you can recall them at a later date to process the Protx commands. They will be available via the My Masternode Table and Recorded Masternodes dropdown. All data is securely held on our servers and can be deleted via the My Masternode Table at any time. No API commands are made using this generator, so Protx Register, Sign Message and Protx Register Submit need to be run via your debug console.
