MERCATOX EXCHANGE SCAM?

HELLO GUYS, I trade on mercatox, one time they add coin like birdchain but birdchain owner said its scam and we dont sell our coins.

sure lot of ppl bought birdchain. after that mercatox stop dtrade birdchain and lock wallet of birdchain, and said we will back your money back but its was 5 days ago.

what we can to do? to complain like this shit exchange? no answer support no  where......

Mercatox is fine, I traded there few times with something like 0.1-0.15BTC and there were no issues

there is no exchange rules somewhere bc all exchanges can grab you...

I guess exchange need licence to not grab people...

Mercatox is some of the exchanges that has weak security but they are not scam.

I guess the owners of birdchain's are only looking for a reason or it's a legit reason that they are giving to you. I've seen some ICOs that are having problem by listing their coin because when someone puts it on exchange for a selling purpose but without their consent, they will call it as a scam.

When was that thing said that your money will be back for 5 days? how long was that until today?

I used it before and everything was good. Maybe they had shortcomings, but I believe they are not scamming now.

After knowing about the issue, they informed the users about the two tokens coming from different contract addresses here. In addition, they want to make things right by disabling the wallet, stopping the trades and refunding the users funds that were spent on buying the said token (source). ~ Btw, they also posted updates about this in their twitter account

If you have contacted them at https://mercatox.com/support about it, just wait for their response. That's all you can do now. As you've mentioned, sure that there are lots of people who bought birdchain, meaning there will be same or even more no. of support tickets about it
